Return policies: ONLINE ONLY

Taraxca silver offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).

                                                 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*30 DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed.

*DOCUMENTATION: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Taraxca silver to process your refund.

*GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund.

*MISTAKE ON YOUR ORDER: If we make a mistake by sending a wrong size or product.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS.       

1.    Items which show that they have being worn, engraved, alternated or modified and damaged.                                          

2.    If these items are returned to Taraxca Silver they will be sent back to you at your expense.       

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE

You may return/exchange your purchase by one of the two following options:

Returns by mail

Please mail to us the completed Return Form (included with your shipment), your original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.

Canadian and International returns should be sent to: 1518 Duranleau, Vancouver, B.C, V6S 3S4, Canada.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders, unless we have made a mistake on your order.

Returns/exchanges in stores.

Please make sure to have the original invoice and item(s) you wish to return on hand to facilitate your transaction.

Refunds:

Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with our Terms & Conditions, we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise, plus any applicable taxes.

Your refund will be credited only to the method (s) of payment used to make the purchase. We ask that you kindly allow two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

NOTE: You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders, unless we have made a mistake on your order. No refunds will be made on clearance items.

 

Gift exchanges:

If you received an item as a gift and need to exchange it, please follow the guidelines and instructions for making an exchange.

Changes or cancelations:

In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time after an order is placed.

Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order.

Delivery estimated dates:

After we process your order we will send you an email with your tracking number, usually it takes from 1 to 10 days.  

If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members.

If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.

 If you cannot locate the package and it hasn't been returned as undeliverable, please email us, at:

Shipping fees:

All Canada $5.00

USA and International $15.00

*All International customers are required to pay any applicable duties, custom fees or taxes that their country requires upon entry of their goods. Please contact your local Customs office for more details, information, and estimated fees before ordering. Please note that these charges are not charged by us, and therefore cannot be refunded by us. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will retained from the charges originally billed to you. Any balance remaining (if any) will be refunded.

**Approximate Delivery Times do not include additional delays which may be caused by Customs or other government agencies

If you receive a message that we were unable to authorize or charge your credit card, please check with the issuing bank for your card.

Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons, such as a technical error during processing, and we do not have access to further information.
